This tutorial is written for PSP 7.04 but it does work out at other versions :-)
Needs:
Of course Paint Shop Pro. Download 30 days trial HERE.
Simple Filters. Free filters and you can download them HERE.
Open new canvas 200 x 200, transperant.
Flood fill with a light color. I used #AFCDF5.
Effects/Texture Effects/Blinds with these settings:
Take a dark tint (I used #081784) of the color you used as the shadow color for the blinds.
Again Effects/Texture Effects/Blinds with these settings:
You now have something like this:
Effects/Geometric Effects/Pixelate 50/50.
This is what you have now:
Effects/Plugins/Simple/Diamonds.
That's all!
