This tutorial is written for PSP 7.04 but it does work out at other versions :-)
Needs:
Of course Paint Shop Pro. Download 30 days trial here.
Simple Filters. Free filters and you can download them HERE.
Kang 3 Filters. Free filters and you can download them HERE.
Open the image you want to use.
Image/Resize
Uncheck Maintain Aspect...
Resize to 300 x 300 or 200 x 200. Depending on the size of the picture you used.
Effects/Sharpen/Sharpen.
This is the picture I used as example.
After resizing Effects/Plugins/Kang3/Mercedes Jellybean
Use these settings:
You now have something like this:
Effects/Plugins/Simple/Pizza Slice Mirror.
You are done.
Examples:
Examples with Eye Candy 3.1 Swirl applied after the upper levels. Using these settings:
