This tutorial is written for PSP 7.04 but it does work out at other versions :-)
You will need:
Of course Paint Shop Pro. Download 30 days trial here.
Unlimited Filters. I just heard that the trial
only gives a preview so you have to have the official version otherwise you can't
do this tutorial... Sorry...
Open a new canvas the size you want your square frame to be.
I used 400x300.
Flood fill with white.
Filters/I.C. Net Software/Filters Unlimited.
NOTE: The Plugin is called: I.C. Net Software.
Click at the upper picture to see where you can change the preset for your frame.
Click Apply.
You now have something like this:
Use the Magic Wand to select the white part of the frame. This settings:
Hit the Delete Key at your keyboard.
This is what you have now:
You're done!
Save your frame as .pfr file at your frames folder. Now it's ready to use as
Picture Frame.
Here are a few frames I made using the preset shapes with some dingbats.
